Properties
Psyllogel Fibre Strawberry Flavour is formulated with Psyllium fibre obtained from almost entirely pure Plantago ovata bark.
It contains no sources of lactose. Each bottle provides 38 doses.

Advice for use
We recommend taking 1 to 4 glasses of Psyllogel Fibre Strawberry Flavour a day, at any time of the day, or as advised by your healthcare professional.
