Properties
Psyllogel Fibre Neutral Flavour is formulated with Psyllium fibre obtained from almost entirely pure Plantago ovata bark.
It contains no sources of lactose.

Advice for use
We recommend taking 1 to 4 glasses of Psyllogel Fibre Neutral Flavour a day, at any time of the day, or as advised by your healthcare professional.
The amount in each glass should be dissolved for a few seconds in a glass of water (200ml) and swallowed immediately.
Withdraw at least 2 hours from taking medication.
