Enna Pelvic Ball

Indications

Enna Pelvic Ball is a very effective solution recommended for exercising the pelvic floor. It helps to contract the muscles involuntarily due to the vibration that the ball produces with the movement. By its own inertia, the muscles contract, exercising themselves. In this way, it strengthens the pelvic musculature, prevents the risk of urinary incontinence due to stress and mixed, and ensures vaginal sensitivity and optimises intimate sensations. Perfect for postpartum, impact sports and menopause.

Properties

Enna Pelvic Ball is manufactured with medical grade materials. Easy to use, safe and healthy to the body.It has an irregular diamond-shaped interior to cause the pelvic floor muscles to contract immediately and involuntarily by simply taking it placed while moving. The irregularly shaped interior causes the ball to vibrate with more intensity and collide with the internal walls, causing the muscles to react involuntarily. It promotes blood circulation, muscle tone and lubrication. It is composed of a stem with small spheres to facilitate extraction and an oval shape to favour entry and a better adaptation to the vaginal walls.
