Plant used to promote the absorption of localized edemas, which accompany fat deposits, thus reducing cellulite. Bromelain, present in the stem of the pineapple, is a proteolytic enzyme, that is, degrades the mucoproteins secreted abnormally when there are inflammatory phenomena. This enzyme also avoids the rise in the rate of insulin in the blood (when ingested sugars called "fast", such as cakes and ice cream) also avoiding the reserves of sugar in the form of fats. The stalk of the pineapple then has an anti inflammatory and desinfiltrante action taken to reduce and eliminate the accumulation of fats that constitute the cellulite and also to diminish the edemas and the bruises.
